There is not much in Kagawa, you can eat grilled udon noodles (Udon yaki). Dashi is covered with heavy residue and it is Fujinomiyaki soba noodle style.

I want to go again. Unusual grilled udon was delicious! The kake udon and the serving were delicious, and the noodles were firm.

It was an old-fashioned Udon shop.It's popular like grilled udon, but I ordered the basic pot-fried udon noodles. The noodles were just fine and crunchy and very delicious!I will try to order grilled udon next time!
